Growing up with your favorite Disney wall decals can certainly be a warm and beautiful experience and I can tell you that following my own experience. My father used to buy me a lot of very beautiful wall decals and change them at least once a year. To tell you the truth I think he was pretty much in love with Disney himself but the fact of the matter is that nothing is more reassuring to a 4 year old who suffers from nightmares then to have his beautifully colored characters there when he goes to sleep and then again as he opens them up. So although now I no longer use them I do feel a bit melancholic about those days so I decided to create this little Disney wall decals blog where I can post about my favorite decals that are coming out.

The first and most impressive of the Disney wall decals, for me, I think, has to be the Mickey and Friends wall decals I have put to the side. I think it was the first decal my father set up for me and it was a very beautiful one. The one they have come out with now is actually even brighter then I remember mine was and I do believe it will make someone’s nights a lot happier. And the thing is that your child doesn’t even have to know anything about Mickey Mouse, I actually had only seen a couple of cartoons and I started watching them because the colorful character on my walls was just too awesome. I can’t remember exactly when I actually stopped having nightmares but I do remember that when I woke up in the night and I could see my Mickey Disney wall decals would immediately calm me down.

Now, in order to talk about the second best Disney wall decals, I need to confess that as a child I always preferred playing with dolls. My parents never discouraged that although my father did confess to me when I went on my first date with a girl that he had been a little bit worried about me. However that means that at one point I did convince him to set up a poster with Disney princesses for me. Back than there wasn’t a complete one and so he had to improvise and basically bought about 3 decals and cut out only the parts with the princesses. However now there is this lovely Disney wall decals ensemble I have set up to the left and I believe it would have made my day a few years ago.

And the last Disney wall decals I wanted to talk you about is the Room Mates Disney Castle which is in fact the one decal that made me think how useful a blog like mine could be. You see I have always wanted a Disney castle in my room and even growing up I still searched for one. Finally a few years ago I had given up the search and then a few days ago I remembered about my childhood dream and searched on line. And when I saw that they had finally come up with this wall decal I was so impressed and wanted to tell someone but no one would be interested.
